Hi everyone!!! I am new to project management and would like to know what is the difference between a product manager and a product owner? I'm having a hard time figuring out these roles.

Hi! Indeed, sometimes these roles can be confused. In short, the Product Manager is usually responsible for the strategic vision of the product, its development and lifecycle. The Product Owner is more related to the specific development, the development team, and is usually the customer representative, defining the product requirements. Yes, I recently came across an interesting resource that does a good job of explaining the differences between a product manager and a product owner. This resource has helped me better understand the difference between the two.
